is a 6-piece, dance-centric, live Country Music
band from Long Island, New York, playing the best of Classic and Cutting-Edge Country Music for your
Line and Partner dancing pleasure.
As a
dance-centric band, County Line
is a hybrid between a
traditional live Country Music band and a Country Music DJ. From
Abilene to Zjozzys Funk, we
learn the songs for the dances you love and balance our set
to provide you the greatest variety of dances. This allows
County Line
to play the country music you love to dance to all night long!
County
Line takes great pride in performing a song as authentic to the original
recording as possible. We want you to have as much fun listening to us
as dancing to us. To achieve this County
Line features traditional country instrumentation, including acoustic guitar,
telecaster guitars, double neck pedal steel, mandolin, dobro, lap steel,
harmonica
and fiddle in addition to standard guitar, bass and drums. And
with 5 members who sing lead and background, our versatility is
exceptional.
We're currently
booking for the 2012 season and are available for your Line / Partner
Dancing events, parties, functions, block parties, music festivals
and private parties at great introductory rates!
